So, this is my 100th journal, and do I have a lot of things to say. I seriously don't have the time right now to write, but here are some bullets that will give you a small taste of what's to come, and it will remind me off the many things I'd like to cover.
Well, this has taken me so long to get around to writing, that it has ended up being more more epic recant of my past week, for the most part. So, here we go, after putting it all off, let's get this ball rolling.
On Sunday I got a text message from Glenn asking someone to go to some meeting that Rec Sports is having on Monday. I think nothing of it, and say I can go. Monday rolls around and I'm so bone tired I fall asleep in three of my four classes, and I don't think my teacher's really noticed. I do my usual of hitting up the apartment to get my things for my afternoon math class because the meeting is 3-4 and that class starts at 4:20. I get into the meeting a few minutes late after reading more pages of 'My Uncomfortably Boring-Ass Life'. I walk past a small group of students and think nothing of it. Inside the meeting room Dr. Holt and some other people from the Rec Sports President's meetings that I've been to once a month are there and we're finally told that this is an appeals council.
Over Spring Break, Mar 9-13 our Crew club broke some rules and allowed a suspended member of the team to go on the trip, have an under age kid drive a rented truck, and another kid who hadn't passed the swim test to get into a boat on the water. It's a country and probably world wide rule that you need to pass a swim test which is swimming a few laps and treading water, before being allowed into a boat. These kids we were seeing on Monday were regular members of the club, not officers, but this is also the first I'd heard of anything so I was eventually filled in on what had happened back in October.
In October, it got back to ODU that members of the crew team were rowing without lights on their boats, and with many people who hadn't passed their swim test. Last semester's president and vice president were suspended and barred from ever holding an office at ODU ever. So this is some heavy shit that the same club has come back under fire so soon for some more stupid shit. We eventually decide that these kids lift their suspension for the rest of the semester, so only 4 weeks, and I think we gave them a probation for this coming fall semester, so if they're in the rowing club and some shit goes down that they're a part of, their infractions from this semester could cause them to have a more severe punishment. So Monday's meeting ended and we dispersed. The punishment isn't read to them until the following day because we ran out of time on Monday. For the sake of the story, I'll continue onto Tuesday's proceedings.
On Tuesday during Activity Hour we see one more member, hand down the same punishment, from the previous group. He had a class and was unable to make the initial meeting. We see the officers on Tuesday and we start from the club secretary who has failed her swim test and prior to the suspensions being handed out, was told by the other officers she was not allowed to participate because she had failed her swim test. But she was still on the water and in trouble when Rec Sports handed out their suspensions, this was an appeals process because these students didn't seem apologetic for putting ODU into a bad public light and giving their club the biggest black mark damn near available, well, given it's a student run organization, their idiocy was supreme. This girl knew about two days prior that the suspended president from the fall was going on the trip and did nothing to prevent him from coming. Her punishment was upholding her suspension and putting her on probation until December 2009. She also has the special requirement for completing all club paperwork and having to complete a swim test before being allowed to do anything really with the club.
The club Treasurer found out the ex-pres was going on their training trip when he was going over who had paid, so he knew only a few days prior to the trip. His punishment was just upholding his suspension and a fall semester probation. The VP knew the ex pres was going a full week before the trip. He accepted the President's [faulty] decision to allow this other kid to go because he knew more than what the current members did. His punishment was the same as the treasurer, but i think there was one other thing.
The President was the ring leader of this little charade. She decided on her own to allow this suspended kid to go on the trip because she figured he could help an outside coach at the place they were headed as a second pair of eyes. This coach they were going to has had some Olympic training, and a slew of other credentials, but this current president figured it wasn't enough and brought a suspended kid, who had been 'rowing in his own boat at the same time and same location as the club boats' on the trip. The suspended kid also drove a rented vehicle, and you can't drive rented vehicles until 21, he was 19. He was a liability issue, and she fucked with the honor code. That's all some pretty serious shit. Our pronouncement for her was she's not allowed to be an officer in that club ever again. She is suspended the rest of this academic year, and on probation until this December. We decided not to send her to the Honor Council, but Rec Sports still has the ability to have her referred to them because they went around the heads of their own department for a few reasons. They went to the Dean of Students to be allowed on this trip, they tried to get sent to a different department of ODU because they thought the black marks from the fall would be erased, but learned that is not the case. She also allowed the suspended kid, only 19, to drive the rented vehicle full of club equipment, and if there had been an accident, they would have fucked with some other Dead at ODU because he paid for the truck rental with his own card. So they were all sorts of wrong.
This all taught me, and the fencing club, who i recounted these tales of crime and punishment to quite promptly at practice Tuesday evening, to a) don't do stupid shit to go up in front of the council in the first place. b) make sure there's no photo evidence. c) just plain don't do it, it's stupid dangerous bullshit.
------
To round out Monday, I decided I've been spending too much time on my computer and not just reading, so I take my time and read more of Kevin Smith's second book, My Uncomfortably Boring Ass Life until House Starts. Monday's House was interesting since the perspective was from inside the patient's head. Not hearing the differentials nor the character interaction, aside from how they acted at the bedside, was different. Then, right when House was going to drop some science and finally declare what the disease, my Glenn finally calls. I'd sent him a vague text message talking a bit about the meeting, but he doesn't have the chance to call me until then, when I miss House saving the same. Boo. I rounded out my evening reading until ten-thirty then decide 'fuck it, i need sleep' and hit the bed early.

---
I sleep until 9:30 which is sweet. I get sidetracked by the internet, and don't go to my geology class. I go the part 2 of the epic meeting of drama and punishment then head over the hospital to have all my joyful stitches removed from two, three weeks now, ago from my surgery on the 12th.
I get there and when I check in my appointment has disappeared from the books. What happened is when I went in the week after my surgery because I was worried about how I was healing and in pain that I needed more percocet my real appointment for my stitches to be removed was erased. I got to sit around for about 45minutes, so I read, waiting for my name to be called. Finally, as I'm getting really bored with just waiting, and wanting to go to sleep, and I'm incredibly hungry at this point having not eaten anything all day, I get called. Dr Reed removes the stitches and seriously, one stitch from each set, under each arm, and on his side of my groin, hurt like all hell. I was good about not flinching, but it hurt.
I giggle to more SMod while I hit up WalGreens for more gauze, bandages and some candy. Snacks in tow, I get back to campus and eat my other piece of sirloin I made on Sunday. The mirowave is apparently broken, so I heat my food in the oven, just waiting to eat. I haven't eaten since the previous evening, so this was like, epic hunger. I read a bit more before practice then walk to the gym to hang with the fencers and tell them about everything with the rowing club and their terrible faux pas, but I seem to be the only one to understand the brevity of the situation. Yeah, it wasn't us, but if it ever is, it's highly awkward, and embarassing because the majority of the college campus totally knew about it, the suspensions. I'd rather not have people know that shit happened to us if it did. We're still working at making a good name for ourselves before we go and make a bad one.
I'm feeling hungry, so I hit up IHOP with Nicole, Andrew and Nick. The four of us get out awesome waitress from when the Ficus and I were at IHOP over Spring Break. She was just as snarky, so just as much fun to have.

Wednesday
---
Wednesday is a painful day. I'm just getting used to not having the stitches, so every gat damned motion hurts, again, but now because grativy is taking it's toll on my aching flesh. I go to class on perc because I decide I won't do it without the painkillers. This is a day I decide I need them and by dammit, I have them. I make it through english, they start to kick in at Borjo where I just get sluggish. Not really tired, I'm just not really responsive. I get through the time, then I have a happy fun-time test in Logic. Fucking sucks. I blast through it in bout 30 min, then sit in psych early. Today we learn about Levinson's theory of adult develpment which follows the importance of having a dream. There's also Super, and some third dude, but the third dude is one I find intriguing because back in 2007 i think, I wrote a journal about me andanalysing myself and my career options. This makes me want to write, so I curse that I need to get off campus because the following day is my sister's birthday, and I had yet to buy her a gift.
Post Psych class, I run off campus and by my sister a 20$ gift card to gamestop, and this awesome card that's like a banner. I decide I have the time, so I hit up Local Heroes and buy a few new trades, Empowered and Kev Smith's first Green Arrow trade. I wanted to get Joe Quesada's book that had to do with his interaction with Hollywood, but that book was $35, and I was also spending 30 on two trades. I was also going to grab Frank Miller's second Daredevil since I'd read the first trade last year, but had to hold off because that was another $20, and i needed to save a little.
Get back to campus, go to math and dose midway through the class. I also doodle me in the Invader Zim style on something I have to turn in, thinking it's my personal notes. We're having a homework test on Monday, maybe I'll actually do my work for this one....maybe. Won't hurt my grade. After class I decide I don't want another cafeteria meal, so I call Za and Nicole and we hit up La Herradura. Well, it's me and Nicole because Za's apparently not feeling too well. Dinner was good, I got some burritos. It was all awesome until paying because our friggin' waitress left us sitting for at least 30 min before picking up the tab. What the hell? Bad tip because of that.
Nicole asks me to be a part of a little stidy for her english class. All I have to do is take a fish oil pill every day for two weeks, and a prelim quiz and another in two weeks. It was easy enough, aside from the sudoku, and one or two questions, I believe i got everything else correct. It was just a tedious hour.
I head back to the apatment, play on the internet for an hour then go to bed deciding I need sleep.

Thuesday
---
I get up today and end up wasting a whole mess of time because my roommate's 9:30 has been canceled. I would have taken an early shower and lounged around until my 11:00 class, I end up waiting. Shower's don't take forever, it's drying enough that tape will stick to me so my bandages actually work for the following ~24 hours. I BS some more then go to class, and get there late. I'm also busy trying to get some stuff together, I mail my sister's gift, so she should get it tomorrow, I hope. Hmm, I'm bored in geology then I print out some stuff during Activity Hour before hitting up Del Vich's for two slices of cheese pizza. I carry them to yhe geology building because I have class at 1:30 and it's after 1 as is. I listen to SMod 52 while eating before my class.
Lab is mad easy, then I go off campus...why....I remember. I rented Slacker, Sold Out a Threevening With Kevin Smith and The Lords of Dog Town from the Naro for the weekend. Get back to campus and decide to spend some flex points before the semester is out on some ice cream and some vitamin water from Whitehurst. I run into Za and Josh, her boyfriend before getting back to the apt. We three chat for a time, then I watch Slacker. I end up dosing while watching the movie, so I back track and re-watch half the movie while I made some frankfurters for dinner, and some fries. I'm mildly annoyed because I have no ketchup because, I assume, the MB used it, the cunt. I use hot water to warm up from nacho cheese and eat that on my franks and the fries I'd made. it works out well enough, but not the same as that awesome tomato-y sauce of delicious.
Hit the internet until practice. I'm very uninspired and melancholy at practice tonight and just sit on the side barely watching people practice. It's annoying a little because I've corrected and explained so many times, but there were things that they still do wrong. In my mild depression I decide Reel Big Fish is the band for me, and start off wtih Drunk Again, which I mouth along to twice. I then just let my player play RBF for the next twenty minutes and after locking up the studio and returning the key I just leave. I say 'good bye' but no one seems to notice, which is well enough considering my mood. I spend an hour and a half writing this and feel better, before deciding to go to bed early and write my stupid psych thing in the morning.
My Dream thing will be written later. I want sleep now, and some drugs. Sleep and pills. Tis a sad life I lead.

Inspired by current topics in Psych class, talk about having a 'dream' and what my current dream is.

So, it's all finally been written. I do feel better and ...well, nothing really important for this 'and' but this was written, and now it's also all been put to rest. Just the dream thing, and that I might be fine with not elaborating on. I also feel better since I've jsut plain needed to write.

All I Wanted Was Some Fucking Ice Cream
So, I will actually be starting from Friday night, but the title will come full circle by the end of this journal.
So, on Friday, Lizabeth and I decided to go see the Rocky Horror Picture Show with Zorro at the Naro theater over on Colley. After thinking he forgot we were going because he wandered away from Wesley house we end up seeing the movie. We met up with Dylan and his girlfriend, Kay, there and the show was the same bit of perverse dirty and silly as it was the first time I saw it in September.
What sucked ass were these bastard that came into the movie with a six pack of Bud Light and cigs that they decided to smoke during the show. Well, one of the Rocky cast members, techie member actually, came over and told them to leave. there were three of them. The chick they were with tried to argue it since she wasn't smoking, but their whole group got kicked out, not just the smoker. She wanted her 8 bucks back because she was unable to see the whole show, but one of the guys she was with did break the rules so poopoo on her. After that the show went was it should've. Zorro and Dylan decided to do the underwear run (hee hee).
After this we decided we didn't feel like splitting up just yet so we walked over to Red Dog, but that was pretty much pointless because they close at 2 and we got there at 1.30, just enough time for Zorro to get a beer. We then decided to head over to IHOP which was crowded like nobodies' business. I swear adn we happened upon a whole bunch of Rocky epople there. That was amusing because where we were sitting they some were at a table that was pretty much next to us and they needed the ketchup and amusingly enough by the time they were done, I needed it back. We also had The Waitress. She pointed at me and said 'Coffee?" I was like 'no, actually., but can I get a hot chocolate' and that little mug of chocolate was amazing with the chocolate chips and whipped cream and awesome. It makes me want a Borjo's chocolate...
We left IHOP around 3.30 then I decided to read a bit more of my Hells Angels book. I clock out at like...4 but the thing is I have absolutely no recollection of taking my glasses off, turning off my light and putting my book up on my dresser. I don't remember doing anything of that. I know i did that because I found it like that when I woke up. i'd forgotten to turn off my alarm clock, so it rang at 7 like usual. I vaguely remember cutting it off then thinking I wouldn't be able to sleep as long as I needed to, but I ended up sleeping until 1.26 pm. I read some more after consuming a 'breakfast' of instant yakisoba.
I read some more before meeting with J, Sean and Dan to fence a bit on Kaufman around 3.30. Lizabeth was there so we glove gamed a bit. I took a few photos of Sean and Nicki dagger fighting, that was fun. Antes de fencing we decided to go get dinner in the Norfolk Room in Webb. the food was pretty chill. Then we split up to go about our merry ways. Dan, Lizabeth and I stayed together and tried to find something to do for the evening which first amounted to looking over sites to find something to do, then we wandered over to Dan's place and looked at more crap on his computer. It's about 10 or so now and I'm like 'I still want ice cream from Dou's' then whilst fucking around with Google Earth we go to Vegas then decide to really go to Vegas so we get in the car and start off.
On our way to Vegas we got hungry so we stopped in Chesapeake for breakfast at IHOP. On our way west once more Dan decided to call some of his high school buddies so we swung back and went to Hampton so we could take his friends with us. We got sidetracked in Hampton by watching them play Rock Band for like and hour before they decided they were hungry and they wanted to go on a Wendy's run. It was a bit after 1 by this time. the first Wendy's that closed at 2 had a long fuck line, and after sitting in line for like...twenty minutes we decided to go to the other Wendy's down the road that closed at 3. This would have been fine, but the employees here are slow bastards so we bailed this line at like...2.45 and decided to go to a Waffle House for food. Dan's fried got food, I got a Waffle because the last time I went to Waffle House and didn't get a waffle I just kept staring at the waffle that Zorro had. I wanted a fucking waffle so i got a fucking waffle dammit. and you know what? It was delicious.
We left Hampton round about 3.30 and came back to Norfolk. I went to sleep at like..4, I didn't even have the energy to stay up to read. My body was like 'fukkit, you're sleeping now!' and I was seriously out. Sunday I woke up and finished off C.R.'s fencing hedgehog. I had finally had the chance to buy the sewing needles I needed to sew the can tab to it's paw so when I woke up I put my laundry in to wash and finished it up and took some final photos for the tut/progression i plan on posting on dA. I finally decided to wander away from whitehurst once my laundry's done and I go to the Cyber Loft [where I happen to be atm...I swear, this has taken two days to write]
I finally post the photos taken on Saturday then I put together the photo tut in photoshop when I notice that C.R.'s here. We chat for a few minutes then I go back to work. I'm like two minutes from saving all my work when fucking photoshop cs3 decides to crash [the whore!] I mean, it was avidly maybe only...twenty, thirty minutes worth of work but it was still pretty much finished when the damned thing crashed. I had no more time to fuck around with it because I was meeting with people at La Herradura for dinner.
It's Dan, Lizabeth and Nick this time, and the stories are predominately stupid childhood stories. Times when we did shit that pissed off our parents, and by 'we' i mostly mean 'Nick' but it was still pretty fun. When we were about to go J and Allison showed up, so Nick, Lizabeth and myself stuck around for a bit longer and the stories ended up being about pranks and theater things. It was pretty fun to listen to.
It got mad cold last night so on the walk back my original plan was to stop by the Cyber Loft, make a still photo for Nick from a frame of one of the video's I'd taken and post it on facebook, but I happened upon C.R. once more and decided to hang out with him for a bit. We walked back to Whithurst and I realized that then was the perfect time to give him his hedgehog, so I ran upstairs and grabbed it and headed to his room. He loved the silly little squeeky thing that was awesome. I hung out, enjoyed a cup of tea and we chatted for a bit. I watched him play Animal crossing and a bit of 'No More Heroes' where he fought a Bag Lady [I swear, she was a freakin' bag lady] Being tired as shit for staying up 'til stupid-o'clock all weekend I left and crashed at like 12.15.
All in all it was a good weekend. Fending, food, Rocky and C.R. Stories, drama, travels. I had fun hanging out with my friends. That always makes for a good day.
Adios for now

Gender Barriers...
...and the periodic lack there of.
So, last night at TFC I was amused when I witnessed, and was a part of a group of guys [granted, there are mostly guys here] acting like a gaggle of girls whilst enviously talking about how Mr. Kim was instructing Jason and Nick in sabre. And there were the stories about how he was ranked 27th in the world for epee, I think Eddie said, and it costs something like $200 for a month of lessons from him.
I'm standing there, mostly listening since I didn't have much I needed to add aside from sounds of awe and such, and I was amused by the fact that there are times where the whole gender barrier is non-existent.
So, I've totally lost my train of thought for this observation, and I doubt I'll ever really finish it

BIRTHDAY!
Man, yesterday fucking kicked ass. I'll give a recount and assessment after i sleep....and boy do I need sleep.
~~~~
So, after that exciting 'I'm way to fucking tired to be writing' intro after sleeping 7 some hours, here's our real journal and intro =D
I slept yesterday until about 9:30 at which time I chilled and thanked people for birthday wishes on facebook. While i was walking to meet with Lizabeth for lunch I made up this song parody: 'It's my birthday and I can lunge if I want to. Retreat if I want to, ripost if I want to. You'd parry two if someone lunged at you too' What a great show of dork, but it made me laugh and is serious proof as to where my mind goes when it decided to pretend it's going to move out of the gutter. And i shit you now, i think of this song, every year, at some point on my birthday. Ever since I heard it in Problem Child I've forgotten which one but I seriously do think of that song.
So, we enjoy our lunches..for the most part then we bounce over to Borjo and I talk Rob into letting me get a discount coffee woot! I'll have to try that again next year :) From there we went over to Wesley House and spent the next two hours relaxing, watching TV with Sean and Nick wandered about kinda. At one point whilst Lizabeth, Sean, Nick and I were chilling, Sean tried to be sneaky and throw a bottle of Advil at Lizabeth, but he totally didn't look and he happened ot knock over a pretty much full cup of soda onto the carpet. All four of us were like '...that wasn't empty...hahahahaha' The rest of the time we spent there was spent throwing things at Sean or just plain hitting him with my scarf or hitting Lizabeth.
About 2.00 Lizabeth and I left Wesley and went over to Whitehurst so I could get my fencing gear because was going to fence Glenn. Glenn had something more badass in mind and it was awesome!!! I had no clue how elaborate ie was going to be but that made it that much more fun. I stretch and stuff inside the Whitehurst lobby 'cause it's cold outside, then I get a text from Allison which draws me and Lizabeth outside. I'm excited, crazy excited by now. Outside Glenn is dressed to fence, Allison is there to video the day, and I get to see CR, at which time I thank him for my gifts [gifts to be listed at the end].
I fence Glenn behind Whitehurst in a small grove of trees on the side of the building by the loading bay. Thankfully there were no hecklers on this side of the building. Downside, leave and soft ground are slippery... Glenn had us pose and I lunged awesomely killing him bwa ha ha! Then there was another time when he ran away when I attacked, then of course, I had to chase him, stabbing whilst we ran. So freakin' silly, so freakin' fun.
The four of us rode over to Wesley and from there we met Vadym at Kaufman where I got to fence epee! Epee was so deliciously sweet to fence. Here when I really lunged i end up slipping in the on the grass, I said the ground was soft...I was fine though. We moved from grass to concrete and continue our bout. While we're fencing Nick showed up and watches, he's itching to fight, Tristan appears and watches for a bit, and we get a small audience. The bike cop from before and Glenn got some girl's information, I assume she's intrigued and will be joining us at practice in the spring. I get a few really nice hits on Vadym here so I'm really looking forward to seeing the video of these bouts once Glenn edits it.
From Kaufman we walk up to the Village and go to the top of one of the parking garages where I get to fence sabre! My first sabre right is against Zorro T.T But after I got the hang of it, it was a lot easier and a lot of fun X3 Dan and Amanda were up there too, Dan had been fencing with Zorro a bit, probably for the hell of it... Nick kept count, I was seriously creamed by Zorro, I took thirty some hits before I landed 19 on him. I got a few good mask shots and some nice slices. I'm going to have to seriously have to look into fighting sabre me thinks. Glenn thinks that the backdrop of Norfolk from up here is going to look awesome on the video, I can seriously only look forward to it.
From here we walked back to Welsey, hopped into Glenn's car and go to meet Jason for my final bout. Sabre against spiked mace flail-thing. Seriously, we fence sabre on the boardwalk. I take a lot of hit, but i so slice up J's elbow a fair few times XD I also damn near ran him off of the boardwalk about 5 times. I don't know how well he may or may not have been a judge of his retreats, but I was conscious of how far back he was going. I would have felt like hell if I'd run him on the boardwalk. This was fun because I still barely knew what I was doing while I fenced, but I kind of tried to copy things I'd seen from watching him fence with CR and Nick. It took a bit of getting accustomed to for this bout, but I did alright.
There were many happy birthday wishes then Glenn drove me and Lizabeth back over to Wesley house where we chilled, chatted and I went through facebook again thanking people for their birthday wishes. Chatted with Sean some more, then Glenn joined us in the computer room, and Amanda after a time. This was also the second wind of the 'throwing crap at people' war and 'attacking Dan for the hell of it' and because he's ticklish. I'd originally just poked him, but he decided to retaliate and it escalated...not then, about an hour later...
Wandered back towards the TV and watched the end of 'Fun with Dick and Jane' ate some jawsome quesadillas that Dan made then watched 'Robin Hood: Men in Tights'. I entertained the idea of how funny it would be to have the fencers sing the men in tights song...while wearing tights. Zorro agreed to do it if other people were there too. During the movie I started/continued to harass Dan. Wen kind of ended up wrestling, it was actually really fun. My brothers and I never really fought, but I've done more play fighting since I've been down here...When ended when both of us were tired, and I'd broken a nail. I didn't care about the nail, it needed to be cut anyway.The movie ended and I called Glenn. We dropped Lizabeth off at Rogers and i got to ehe Naro justin time for Lust, Caution.
Lust, Caution was an interesting movie about a group of students who plotted to assassinate a pro WWII political leader. I like the soundtrack the movie has, the use of Western music as there is more of a Western presence in Hong Kong and Shanghai. After the movie let out, I got a ride back to campus from Glenn, then I had to write up a review for the movie. I did a write up about FreeRice.com for the News section then I finally crashed at about 3 this morning.
Yesterday was a good day.
So, after that exciting 'I'm way to fucking tired to be writing' intro after sleeping 7 some hours, here's our real journal and intro =D
I slept yesterday until about 9:30 at which time I chilled and thanked people for birthday wishes on facebook. While i was walking to meet with Lizabeth for lunch I made up this song parody: 'It's my birthday and I can lunge if I want to. Retreat if I want to, ripost if I want to. You'd parry two if someone lunged at you too' What a great show of dork, but it made me laugh and is serious proof as to where my mind goes when it decided to pretend it's going to move out of the gutter. And i shit you now, i think of this song, every year, at some point on my birthday. Ever since I heard it in Problem Child I've forgotten which one but I seriously do think of that song.
So, we enjoy our lunches..for the most part then we bounce over to Borjo and I talk Rob into letting me get a discount coffee woot! I'll have to try that again next year :) From there we went over to Wesley House and spent the next two hours relaxing, watching TV with Sean and Nick wandered about kinda. At one point whilst Lizabeth, Sean, Nick and I were chilling, Sean tried to be sneaky and throw a bottle of Advil at Lizabeth, but he totally didn't look and he happened ot knock over a pretty much full cup of soda onto the carpet. Fargle nash
So, today was fairly uneventful until this evening. New Page was canceled because the professor is sick and the rest of my classes went as normal. Lizabeth called me and was mad at me, so I decided to eat dinner with her at 1201 and make her tell me what was up. Apparently after telling her about my dreams where I tell myself how i feel about some one she had one about a guy this morning. It was pretty funny, but she's blaming me. I told her it was a product of her own mind, but she still blamed me in the end.
We went over to Wesley House for a while because we had nothing else to do and she left early to study and be a good and proper student. I went to fencing where, after drills and that boring stuff, we played 'king of the mountain' and Glenn's team [my team] royally lost to Jason's team.
After practice we went out for dinner. Man, dinner was cracktacular. I rode over with Glenn and met Travis early and now I know where he lives, not that I remember how to get there anymore... Travis was kind of quiet but pretty fun to chat with. I kind of re-met Laurie whom I'd spoken with the evening of the first midnight Rocky show. She was funny as hell, and our waitress! I loved having her! She started flirting with Glenn and he got so red, I could barely laugh anymore. Glenn became red over various topics of the conversation and things that happened, so tonight's dinner was a good one. I swear, I don't go for the food, i go for the conversation....and the coffee. I'm looking forward to tonight. Drinking, watching others whilst influenced by drinks and whatever else is going to happen.
Heehee, on the way to IHOP Glenn called 'Yuengling' 'Ying-yang' funniest mis pronounced word O
ve heard in a while.
Yesterday =D
So, I seem to like treating this like a regular journal...this won't last long...
~~~~
Yesterday Topher helped Blaise pick out some new clothes so she knows things she can wear to look nicer. Better than the traditional bastard college student garb, at least. I tagged along, but didn't help all that much. I wandered around the mall for a bit in between watching Elizabeth be flustered as Topher made her try on things and Topher making her buy things. After staying in HM for roughly an hour we three wandered over to B&N where I purchased some Calvin and Hobbes anthologies and the two League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comic books. More wandered, perusal of Hot Topic, Dillards, Nordstrom's, other. Topher was trying to find pants and/or shoes for Blasie to wear but alas, he found no shows he liked that didn't have a ridiculous price sticker.
We left the mall and back at Roger's Topher insisted that Blaise try on what she'd purchased and he somewhat showed her how to do her make up. I left not too long after this because Jay was playing with his new sabre gear and I wanted to watch. I hung out and chatted with Nick and Jay for about 2 hours before finally getting into Whitehurst and eating dinner. Promptly after dinner Blaise insisted that I come and help her with her with her New PAGE quiz, so I do, then I kinda got helped. Sadly I only got a 72 and I was in no mood to try to take that damned thing again.
It's not 10:00 and we've got nothing to do. Blaise wants to get ice cream, but there's no way we could get to Coldstone where she wants to go, before they close and then get back to campus. I suggest we wander over to the Theatre and see what's up. We get there while they're striking the set and get shanghaied into helping. We help and spend the next few hours hanging out with theatre people. I compliment the Rocky actors on their performances. Rob, the narrator, says I should try out for a play, and that I should hang out at the treatre more. I think because of the paper I'm going to be all up in the theatre enough as is, and I'm now making many friends whom I will probably rarely talk to in the future. Dan, the guy who played as Dr. Frank really is a tall mofo. He appreciated my compliment from how he dealt with the rude bastards from Friday's midnight show.
CR, Blaise and I finally wander away from the theatre at about 12:30/1:00am and return to Whitehurst. CR and I stick-fight and in the midst of battle one of the PVC pipes that Nick made for CR broke. It was the one I was using for defense. It was well enough because we were only trying to get in the last couple of hits before going to bed. My right thumb in swollen again ^^; and cut this time. CR jabbed at me, towards me, with the PVC pipe at one time and it kinda cut my thumb. There wasn't much blood, but I sill have a small curved scar there. I wonder if my brothers will notice. Who knows. I need to stop stick fighting, but if I do my right had won't get bruised every week as it seems and I won't have a hand of hard, sinewy flesh...Bruises and a hand that can take any hit or a lily soft female hand...decisions decisions.
So, super awesome bad ass god news. The day for the foil test in Thursday, November 8th. That means that I will pass the night before my birthday and I'll be able to use the épée I'm going to buy. After talking with Jay, I think I'll get two electrics, then just use the club's at practice so I have my own good swords and also so I don't fuck up my good swords.
November so far looks like it's going to be a good month.
Well, tata for now. I've got math homework to do, but first, I think food is in order. Early morning fencing and not eating for 6 hours prior tends to make you hungry when you get up.
